When you exit the elevator, you see to the left the dining room that seats 16, and the living room with a flat screen LCD satellite home theater.

To the right is an indoor/outdoor wrap-around marble bar and a gourmet kitchen. The interior design mixes vibrant Mexican colors and original art with subdued Cantera stonework indigenous to Mexico.
