Just wanted to say thank you to you and your staff for the wonderful week we enjoyed at Vallarta Shores. From you answering questions before we came, the cleaning staff, the maintenance staff, and of course Maria (with daughter and mother-in-law) and her wonderful cooking and conversation. We enjoyed our stay in PHB with the Stills from December 13 to December 22. We had all the conveniences we needed; the only disappointment was that we could not use the pool as it was too cold. (I never thought that a swimming pool in Puerto Vallarta would need heat)! Both the cooking and maid service were excellent, also Reuben and your office staff.
Our extra thanks to Reuben for immediately being there and helping my husband when he fell near the beach and injured his knee.
We found my "lost" earrings and the wine (which never left the San Francisco airport)! Thanks for the time spent looking for those items.
We will certainly consider returning to Vallarta Shores and will recommend it to our fri

Just finally getting settled back here in Chicago, and wanted to let you know that once again we had such a great time. We really enjoyed our stay at Vallarta Shores and look forward to many more. Your entire staff was always so pleasant and out going, they always made us feel welcome.
